B2B purchase brief
Turn a general cosmetics inquiry into a usable B2B purchase brief.
Use this template before contacting Anmua or comparing suppliers so the commercial request identifies the buyer, intended market, exact products, quantities, and timing.
Short answer
A useful B2B cosmetics purchase brief identifies the buying company, business presence, sales channel, destination, target customer, brands or exact products, shades or models, expected quantity or budget, purchase timing, delivery point, packaging needs, and documents the buyer expects to review. Personal single-item orders are outside this workflow.

Identify the business buyer
Provide the legal or trading company name, website, marketplace store or business social page, buyer role, sales channel, target customer and destination market. This separates a commercial purchasing request from a personal retail question.
Name the commercial requirement
List the brand, full product name, shade, model, version, package reference, opening quantity, target price band and acceptable alternatives. If the buyer is still selecting a range, state the category role and customer instead of requesting an unfiltered catalog.
State timing and destination checks
Include the requested quotation date, purchase timing, delivery city or port, preferred shipping scope, packaging language, label space and documents needed for the buyer's local review. Availability and route feasibility must be reconfirmed for the final item and destination.

No account is required. Review every field against the current product, supplier, quotation date, and destination market.
What buyers usually ask
Is a company website required?
A website is not the only acceptable business presence. A marketplace store, registered retail location or active business social page can help the sourcing team understand the buyer and channel.
Can a buyer request several brands in one brief?
Yes. Use one row per brand or product and keep the shared destination, sales channel, timing and delivery assumptions visible.
Does submitting the template guarantee stock or a quotation?
No. Availability, MOQ, price, version, documents, route and timing are confirmed only after the sourcing team reviews the exact request.
